PANTRY CLOSURES DUE TO WEATHER
POLICY STATEMENT: TO ASSURE THE SAFETY OF CLIENTS AND VOLUNTEERS DURING INCLIMATE WEATHER, THE PANTRY WILL BE CLOSED THE SAME TIMES AS SCHOOL CLOSURES DURING THE WINTER.
PROCEDURE:
I. Notification of closure will be announced on the website “jacquecordlechildrensfund.org. and on the Centerburg message boards as soon as the schools cancel classes
II. Pantry will be open when schools are on a 2 hours delay.
III. Pantry will be made available on an emergency basis after closures have been held. Clients may call (419-560-5991 or 740-625-5736) the pantry to arrange for private pick-up time.
